After Shawna returned from Europe, she spent two weeks with her mom in Louisiana. Keith then returned from Switzerland and we spent another week in Texas before heading to Hawaii for the Fall.
Louisiana
While in Louisiana, Shawna met up with the following people:
- Brunch with Lydia and Ginger - We took them both out to brunch at La Petite Affair Cafe as they had started to do Sunday brunches. There was a buffet with several yummy dishes.
- Lunch with Betty - We met up with Betty for lunch at Hive Market in Grand Couteau. They had some nice salads and sandwiches.
- Lunch with Ginger - We went to Alex for an eye doctor appointment and met up with Ginger for lunch at Verona Italian Restaurant. We had some yummy pasta.
- Lunch with Brenda Joe - We met them in New Roads at had lunch at Ma Mama's Kitchen.

Short Visits - We also went to visit with Diane, Peggy, Chuck and Pat.
Texas
While in Texas, we met up with the following people:
- Dinner with Peter - Keith met up with Peter for dinner at Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen.
- Lunch with Jordan - We met up with Jordan for lunch at il Bracco where we shared a few appetizers, a pasta and a main. Food was very good.
- Odyssey Movie - We went to see this with Keith's dad. Very weird movie.
- "Last Supper" with Dodds Family - Shawna cooked a Thai fish dish and Margaret and Lily came over for our routine 'last supper' before we head out again.
